The First Wedding Film I made

This film was shot at my brother's wedding in 2018.I was actually the Best Man, so there was no formal wedding-production setup. I simply documented the day as it unfolded moving around the room, watching what was happening and capturing the people and atmosphere as naturally as possible.That experience shaped the documentary approach I now bring to wedding films.

My Vision for your wedding video

Your wedding isn't a movie set.You shouldn't have to spend the day repeating moments for a camera, constantly looking for the videographer, or feeling like you're being directed from one shot to the next. My approach is simple: be there, pay attention and capture what happens.I'll guide you when a little direction will make a shot better, but most of the time I'm watching, anticipating and letting the day happen.
The laughs.
The nerves.
The ridiculous dance moves.
The hugs you didn't notice happening.
The little moments between everything else.Those are the moments that make the film.

What I don't do

I'm deliberately keeping things simple.These packages are designed around a beautiful, edited highlight film, rather than a full wedding-production package.That means I don't offer full ceremony or full speech recordings as part of these packages.If you're looking for multiple cameras, extensive audio recording and complete recordings of every part of the day, I'm probably not the filmmaker you're looking for.But if you want a film that captures the atmosphere, people and moments you'll want to remember — we might be a very good fit.

A little about my approach

I come from a filmmaking background rather than a traditional wedding-video background.That means I'm interested in observation, composition, movement and storytelling — but I'm also conscious that this is your wedding, not my film set.I know when to direct you and when to get out of the way.The goal isn't to manufacture moments.It's to notice the good ones when they happen.
